Family

Renowned therapist and physician, Carl Whitaker once said, "There are no individuals, only fragments of families." We believe that the system of the family has immense and lasting impact on the internal system of self.
Family therapy can provide a space for you to process issues in various dynamics. Adult child, aging parents, Teens and parents, children and parents, co-/divorced parents, step-parents, blended famlies...
If you are desiring space to work through relational issues or conflict and improve the quality of your familial relationships, we'd like to help.
Couples/Marital

We are trained in the Gottman method of couples therapy. John Gottman researched relationships for decades at the University of Washington and with his wife, Julie, developed the Gottman Method to help practitioners work with couples.
The Gottman method is a practical and accesible modality that will help you reestablish and nurture your friendship with your spouse and resolve the conflicts, betrayals, hurts or wounds that have brought you to therapy.
